The Significant Spaces photography project was set up to document the Royal Edinburgh Hospital during the substantial re-building programme, after which many parts of the old hospital will disappear. The aim of the project was to work with REH patients and staff, allowing them to photograph ‘meaningful’ places in the Hospital and to capture spaces before they are lost forever.
A journal has been produced as part of the residency as well as this, an Exhibition will take place as part of Edinburghs Doors open day on 29th and 30th of September at The Glasshouses, Royal Edinburgh Hospital.
